We warrant that your email address, name and address will not be passed on by us to third parties. We will use this information only for the provision of our services.
Any credit card information provided by you will be strictly used only for payment of your treatments, late cancellation fees and any associated products purchased at NRCHI Bodywork.
You have a right to access your personal information, subject to some exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to do so, please advise the NRCHI Bodywork office on info@nrchi.com.au. For security reasons, such a request is to be in writing. If it is for another health practitioner, the written request must be directly from their office.
NRCHI Bodywork reserves the right to charge a fee for searching for and providing access to your information. Should fees become payable for accessing personal information, details of the charges will be discussed with you at the time of your request.
